Have you been searching for an affordable Indonesian surf holiday for the whole family? Not keen on sharing a cramped space with 10 guys on a charter boat? Worried that you will be stuck the whole day on a Mentawai resort boat? You just want to do your own thing with 3 of your mates? What about that father and son trip you could never figure out? Here at Bilou you will come and go as you please, surf where you want, when you want... our area has waves for all levels. You own the experience!

Our aim is to make Mentawais surf travel more affordable for families and small groups.....but with more freedom for surfing and adventures and in luxurious spacious beach front accommodation. We only have 5 villas at the resort, keeping the number of surfers down and the exclusive vibe of Bilou. Each villa sleeps 4 adults, has it's own kitchen, en suite bathrooms and private boat. Bilou Beach Bar serves dinners and ice cold Bintangs. Our white sand beach fringes a calm lagoon with safe family swimming, great snorkeling and fishing. Kids very welcome! WHY BILOU
Bilou guests do not want to work their surf sessions around rigid restaurant meal times, nor around resort boat depature times with a large group of anonymous surfers. They want to eat when they want and surf when and where they want. Your fully equipped villa is stocked on arrival with deli and fresh food. Have a quick munch on your own fruit and muesli before sneaking off in your own boat for an empty dawnie session with just your villa mates. By 10am your fresh ciabatta will be on your table. Saunter over to our Bilou deli and grab whatever you need to supplement your tasty brunch. Score empty waves again during midday whilst everyone else in the area is off to lunch.
